Today on Valentine’s Day, I have the prefect cocktail for after a special dinner, and delicious enough to whip up any time. Take a few minutes to surprise you sweetie with your suburb shaking skills and be sure to make them The Perfect Angel today!

In a cocktail tin full of ice add 3 oz of Clique Vodka and 1 1/2 oz of clear creme de cacao (any brand of this chocolate liqueur will do), and a baseball sized amount of whipped cream. Shake well, and strain into 2 cocktail glasses.
