F.A.B. Fashion Week Party in NYC

Celebrity Stylist Jorge Juis and B Spa Bar, in collaboration with PeoplePets.com, Elite Styles and Dreams in Heels PR, hosted the Philanthropic F.A.B. Fashion Week Party to benefit the Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals and Russell Simmons’ Diamond Empowerment Fund. The event combined fashion, art, beauty, and philanthropy with attendance from some of the leading fashion editors, bloggers, fashionistas, fashion / accessory designers, and philanthropists. Also in attendance at the party was Clique Vodka!

The Diamond Empowerment Fund (D.E.F.) was founded in 2007 by Russell Simmons and leaders in the diamond and jewelry industry. D.E.F. is a non-profit international organization with the mission to support education initiatives in African nations where diamonds are a natural resource with the belief that sustainable development through education is essential to empower both individuals and society to reach their fullest potential. D.E.F.’s envisions a future for these countries to be strong, stable, economically prosperous and socially empowered.
