Celebrate the “Day of Reckoning” with a liquid reward!

Well, it’s just a few days away. April 15th. The national “Day of Reckoning,” is the the cutoff for paying your taxes, and if you’re anything like me- you’ll be finishing them up this weekend.  Thanks to you, you’ll have the perfect way to celebrate – and it will only take a couple minutes.  Pick up a lemon or two today- so that as soon and you hit ‘send’ on that e-file return, you can immediately reward your hard work with a “Day of Reckoning!”

In a cocktail tin dry shake (shake without ice), 1 1/4 oz Clique Vodka, and 1/2 oz maple syrup to mix. Add in some ice and 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, then shake again to chill. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice, top with water, stir, and you have the most refreshing summertime cocktail that is super easy to put down after all your hard work!
